DE-LAP and the DSBA are moving. 

Please be advised there may be a small delay in answering the phones or emails since we will be packing for the move.  During the week of 2/19 - 2/23 our office will be closed, and we will have limited access to email. We will be working tirelessly to get the new office up and running by 2/26.
